Your system shouldn’t depend on a single piece of hardware. If a managed Digi-Display device fails, a replacement can be provisioned with your configuration, synchronized with the latest available data from our servers, and redeployed — helping you get back up and running without starting over.
We remotely troubleshoot the deployment whenever possible and determine whether the problem can be resolved remotely or requires replacement hardware.
When replacement is required, a compatible device can be prepared using the configuration associated with your deployment.
The replacement device is shipped and installed in place of the failed hardware, avoiding the need to recreate the deployment from scratch.
Once connected, the replacement device retrieves the available configuration and synchronized content needed to restore the experience and get your deployment running again.
